System queries enable you to generate additional reports and retrieve data that is not available by running the other reports. You may access system queries either from the different modules—in each module the relevant system queries appear as entries under report menu, identified with the icon ? or by choosing them from Tools | Queries | System Queries. [ 36 ] Chapter 2 The following screenshot shows you the names of all the available system queries. You may find as many as 18 queries here. Most queries are related to finance and banking.
